AI and automation
AI automation services
AI automation services combine workflow automation with large language models so that software can handle tasks that used to need a person to read, decide and type: sorting inbound email, qualifying leads, drafting replies, updating the CRM, preparing reports. Loxvo plans, builds and maintains these automations for small and medium businesses.
What it covers
Most businesses do not need a research lab. They need the ten or twenty recurring tasks that eat the week to run on their own, with a person checking the exceptions. We start with a short audit of how work moves through your team, rank the candidates by time saved and risk, and build the first automation end to end before proposing the next.
We build on proven platforms such as n8n, Make and Zapier where they fit, and write custom code where they do not. Models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google are chosen per task. Every automation ships with logging, a human approval step where a mistake would be costly, and documentation your team can follow.

How it works
Four steps, each one visible.

- (02)
Pilot
One automation is built and run alongside your current process until the results match.
- (03)
Roll out
The automation goes live with logging, alerts and a clear owner on your side.
- (04)
Extend
We move down the list, reusing the integrations already in place.
Questions
AI automation: common questions.
What can a small business automate with AI?
Common starting points are lead intake and qualification, first-line customer replies, appointment booking, invoice and document processing, CRM updates, and weekly reporting. Good candidates are tasks that happen often, follow a pattern, and are tolerant of a human review step.
Do we need to replace our current software?
No. Automations are built around the tools you already use, such as your CRM, inbox, calendar, accounting system and help desk. We connect them through their APIs.
How do you keep AI from making costly mistakes?
Each automation is scoped to a narrow task, logs what it did, and includes a human approval step wherever an error would cost money or trust. We run it in parallel with your existing process before it takes over.
Who owns the automations you build?
You do. Workflows, code and credentials sit in your accounts, with documentation, so you are not locked in to us.
